Mugu Chapel is a ministry of the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Chaplains.  Please note that we do not represent the U.S. Government, or the Department of Defense (DOD), nor do we endorse or share their beliefs. Our organization operates independently, and our views and opinions are our own while we are part of NBVC Command Religious Program.

Meet the Mugu Chapel Leadership Team

Bob Augustine

Lead Pastor/Teacher
Bob is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a heart for Bible teaching & exposition.  Bob and his family have been residents of Ventura County since 2004.

Rolly Berg

Fellowship Groups Leader
Rolly is a Navy retiree and has been on several short term mission trips to both Asia and South America. He and his family have been residents of Ventura County since his transfer to Point Mugu in 1985.

Rosalinda Haddock

Hospitality Leader
RosaLinda is married and a mother of four. She has a heart for our military families and recognizes the sacrifices they make to defend our country. She’s been attending CCO for over 30 years and now serves on staff.

Paula Ravelo

Outreach/Prayer Team Leader
Paula comes from a military family with her father and 2 brothers all serving. .  Her son is currently serving in the Army.  She has been attending CCO for the past 5 years,  loves Jesus and our military families.

Omar Cortes

Childrens' Ministry/Pastor
Omar has been serving as a Sunday school teacher for 19 years and volunteers with youth ministries. He is a Marine veteran.

Eric Robbins

Admin/Pastor
Eric served in the Navy before his call into ministry in 1996 to Oxnard.  He has since been ministering there with a focus on bringing the good news of Jesus to every nation.
